Legend has foretold of you, a beast that towers over the many and clad with winter's finest armor. White coats you, dresses you in her finest linen, gossamer and brilliant, tarnished only by the dreams of the lost sea, speckling you with a taste of the dark.
A crown of horns sprouts from your skull, detailing your legacy as the years make them grow resilient; a hidden weapon beneath the blanket of your defense while your wings spread wide, pure as the earth's first snow.
You are winter's lover, her guide, and her fury. You are the wildness in her temper brought to life. You are the last shadow at the end of life - brilliant and horrifying.
Personality
Yeomra is a docile beast on most days, caring little for much of anything beyond ensuring that balance is maintained within his domain. His natural inclination to be along, however, speaks volumes of his tenacity and overall dislike of any authority over him. Furthermore, he is incredibly territorial and fierce when it comes to protecting what he believes belongs to him. However, as time has wained, trickling thoughts of companionship has led him farther from the winter he has always known annd has caused him to venture into the heart of the land where others of his species preside. Some even say he is searching - though for what, no one knows.
Yeomra, though, is a private figure who often feels misunderstood and dejected as he was when he was brought into this world. Never having one single place to call his own, he eventually forced his way into his present standing and has defended it for as long as he can remember - and as someone that lives by routine, it's hard to break and harder still to allow someone else in to ruin the structure he has surrounded himself with.
History
- born to a small band of wolves that called no where home
- was considered to be the weakest of the litter and was the only wingless one of his siblings
- was underfed and forgotten for much of his time with his family
- was separated from his family during a freak storm that resulted in a forest fire
- Yeomra fled North and was adopted by a wandering mother who had lost her young in the same fire
- the two traveled for some time together but as Yeomra grew, so did his volatile moods
- Yeomra was abandoned by the she-wolf and he sought her out
- for years, Yeomra was alone, unable to find her.
- Yeomra eventually ran into his biological family and was regarded with fear due to his immense size and the wings he bore
- they followed him into the coldest regions of the northern mountains and very few survived the summer, even less during the winter.
- Yeomra was forced to kill the remaining two brothers after they tried to attack him due to starvation.
- Yeomra stayed on the mountains, becoming a legend of sorts - the beast of the north
- He protected what he believes belongs to him and is often viewed as being a mythical beast or a vengeful spirit that resides there
- Only recently has Yeomra ventured down from his icy peaks, in search of others
